*Confirmed Reservations* Reservations are only valid and confirmed when accompanied with a signed Reservation Form, $50 deposit and Credit Card on file to hold your booking. In the event you cancel your reservation after booking up until 12 hrs prior to pick up time, a $50 fee may be charged.

*Changes, Cancellations & Late Cancellations:* Any changes or cancellations must be made by calling us directly. Customers who choose to cancel their reservation within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the Total Fare. Any cancellation made less than 2 hours prior to pick-up time will be charged the full amount. While it is our hopes to accommodate late cancellations as "things happen" this policy is in place to account for the logistical preparations that have been made on our end. Any other Cancellations that are made once a reservation is booked may be charged a $50 fee.

*Flight Cancellations * In the event of a flight cancellation, customers are provided with the option to utilize the credited amount for rebooking their ride at a later time. This credit ensures that unforeseen flight disruptions do not lead to financial loss on your end.

*No-Show Reservations:* In situations where a reserved service is marked as a "No-Show," the card on file will be charged the full rate on Reservation Form plus 10% no show fee. This policy is designed to maintain fairness for both our customers and our operational schedule.

**Wait Time Charges** Due to the nature of the business we can only allow wait time from original pick up time of 30 minutes at no charge. After 30 minutes time, a charge of $20 per additional 30 minutes will be charged. If after 30 minutes there is no contact advising of any delay, the booking will be marked as a No-Show. We do monitor flight delays and understand in that particular situation you are unable to notify us of the delay and will continue to wait until your arrival. This policy has been established to reflect the operational considerations.

***Additional Information*** Any interior or exterior damage to vehicle caused by any passenger in your group will be the responsibility of the listed customer on your reservation form and will be charged with the card on file. GO2OBX Shuttle is not responsible for any passengers' expenses in the rare event of any mechanical failure. In cases of extreme weather conditions that impair safely navigating roads to fulfil the reservation, we will notify you by phone as soon as possible and will refund any payments made.
